Where is your location?
Our store is in Eyüpsultan, Istanbul.
Do you have the option to pay at the door?
We do not have an option to pay at the door. You can make your payment by wire transfer, eft, credit card, debit card or virtual card.

Do you have an installment option?
You can take advantage of our installment options for the bank cards specified in the transactions you will make through our website.
When will I receive the product I bought?
We have a deadline of 15 working days.
How much is the shipping fee?
It varies depending on the product and quantity you choose. In particular, the shipments of your set or individual chair orders to cities other than Istanbul are made by Ambar (land transportation). Unfortunately, cargo is not an economical option when set and piece orders take up space both in terms of weight and volume. The shipping fee will be added when creating your order.
The dents, broken scratches, etc. that may occur during the transportation of the products until they reach you are the responsibility of our company.
Are your products guaranteed?
All of our products are under the guarantee of our company for 2 years as required by law. See: Warranty document and User Manual
Do the products come installed?
The products are shipped disassembled in order to avoid damage during transportation and to reduce shipping costs.
All parts (nut, screw, hex socket, bolt, etc.) required for installation are sent with the product in a box. The vast majority of our products are easy-to-install products.
The product did not turn out as I expected, what should I do?
You have the right to an unconditional return or change for a legal period of 14 days.
